Make this easy home-made Play Doh recipe with your kids

1 cup flour
1 cup salt
1 Tbs cooking oil
1 cup water
2 Tbs cream of tartar

In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients. Heat until it balls up and pulls away from the sides of the pan. You can add food coloring and flavoring like peppermint, cloves, cinnamon, lemon. Of course its safe to eat, but the flavorings are really to give it a nice smell. Store in a sealed plastic container.
