I had considered hiring a live-in, but felt guilty at the thought of spending the money. That was until I read your article and I think that you’re right. Daycare is so expensive these days, it makes sense to optimize your options and get the most for your dollar. Not to mention, a break on occasion. I have found that women have harder time accepting another woman’s children, than men do accepting another man’s children. Hence, it is difficult to find a woman that is accepting of a man with children. Mark C.
