If you live in Columbus then you can also contact one of the local legal specialists at the Legal Aid Society of Columbus.
If you live in Cincinnati you can contact the Legal Aid Society branch there.
Another resource for Ohio residents is the Southeastern Ohio Legal Services website here. They will link you up with someone who will give you free legal help and advice on veteran’s affairs, food stamps, and common court documents.

- Legal Aid of Western Ohio, Inc. Get free attorney help (probono), advise, and information. You must be a low income household to qualify. Call them at (888) 534-1432.
- Free legal assistance in Cleveland Ohio: An organization that offers free legal advice, especially when it comes to mortgage, eviction, and housing issues. Call them 216-687-1900
- Cincinnati Legal Help: If you live in the following counties ( Brown, Butler, Clermont, Clinton, Hamilton, Highland, and Warren Counties ), you may be eligible for assistance by The Legal Aid Society of Greater Cincinnati, which is a law firm that provides free/pro bono help to the needy.
- Central and Northeast Ohio legal help: You can look at the Community Legal Aid society which retains lawyers who offer free or discounted legal assistance to needy households living in these areas.
