Free Legal Assistance in Georgia

The Georgia Legal Services Program is the group that helps low-income families and single moms with free legal advice on housing, food stamps, unemployment benefits, health care, and insurance. You can find one of their regional offices here.

For free legal advice and help with child support, custody, divorce, and other family law issues, check the Georgia Legal Aid website.  You can search for the issue you need help with, and the website will give you a list of clinics, law offices, counseling services, and lawyers who can help.
