My child has lung disease due to mold in the house, my hrs have been cut at work, I wont make my mortgage payment this month ?

I am a single mom and nurse and live in an old house I used to be married to an abusive man in the last four yrs my children and I have been through a divorce I have lost a job, now my current one is cutting my hours drastically, my oldest has went through drug treatment, I have mold issues in my house, a hole in my ceiling from a leak in my shower to my kitchen, my roof is bad, my furnace has broke down for the second time this winter we are wearing winter coats in the house plus my kids are in danger of falling down the steps due to needing a rail. I have tried to get a second job but am having a hard time because I dont have my license I got in trouble with a dui which was my dumb fault and feel terrible my kids are suffering for it. Please someone help me help my children live better lives!!!!!!

anonymous 		look up where the electric assistance is in your county and apply for assistance. they will pay for your electric bill if you cant afford it. apply for food stamps and medicaid. look online and apply for single mom grants.. if you qualify, they can help you repair your home. just apply for any and everything you can. hell, go on Exteme Makeover: Home Edition and post a video of you, your kids, and your home ( with all the mold) and plead for them to come a build you a new house

anonymous 		Sis, Almost everyone has problems of this intensity but of different nature. If you have a roof above you then consider yourself lucky. Many women including me have nowhere to call home and are still taking abuse. So relax.

Even if you did just one night of job as a nurse then you are really a saint. I cannot even imagine me staying awake taking care of patients WHOLE NIGHT. You have credits in your good deeds bank account.

If mold is a problem then healthy ones should try and clean. I keep the air crisp and clean by burning some dry leaves with medicinal value in a flower pot. Use BBQ if you have one. You can also add a teaspoon of turmeric powder, couple of black peppers, etc. Be creative in what you add and be careful not to let children touch it or the fire to touch the home. For base fire you can add barbecue coal.I use coconut shells because I use coconut in cooking.

Health is wealth. So keep the kids healthy. Do not feed the kids junk. Motivate them bribe them to drink porridge. Salt and pepper can do a lot of wonders. Get whole grains and roast them and use a powerful blender to mix. Heat with milk and add sugar. DO NOT USE CEREAL BOXES. They are rip off and not healthy. Buying a strong blender (750 Watts) is a worthwhile investment to make. It gives health and tummy full of food.

Teach kids and yourself to do breathing exercise and meditation. They will get a peaceful life. You can practice too. Someone adviced me that: Feverishness (non stop wanting to do something) drives goodness away. Calm mind attracts goodness (wishing some goodness and let our subconscious mind lead us to it).
